Can you offer me some scholarship?
International students generally cannot receive needs-based financial aid in a foreign country. But yes! You can win a scholarship if you meet the requirements of an academic scholarship from the institute you are applying to, or apply to a scholarship offered by a third party.
Most universities offer partial academic scholarships to international students.
Can I translate my own admission documents if I have a high level of English?
No, official documents (report card, diplomas,...) must be translated by a certified translator. The documents that you can translate are the documents written by you, such as your CV or essay.
I recommend these Certified Translators that I have personally used for my documents.
